Refund policy
RETURNS: we accept returns for store credit only. Please go through the return portal to initiate a return within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a return, no exceptions. If you have questions you can contact customer service at support@pythiaclothing.com.
The returned item must return unworn and in it's original condition. If the item is returned after being worn or shows signs of use such as fragrance, store credit will not be issued.
EXCHANGES: we accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Please go through the return portal to initiate an exchange within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a return, no exceptions. If you have questions you can contact customer service at support@pythiaclothing.com.

What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.
If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.
Please email support@pythiaclothing.com with your order number and the item and/or size change. If the item is sold out or in production we will not be able to change the size.
REFUNDS: refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, and are only eligible if an item you received comes damaged or unsatisfactory for some reason. Must contact customer support within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for consideration, no exceptions.
