Disclaimer: Pythia will not supply the hoodie/crewneck for customization. Customer is responsible for sending in their garment, which will then be customized by Pythia.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place your order through our website.

2. You will receive an email with instructions on shipping your item to our facility.

3. Items can be shipped directly from you or a site like Poshmark, Depop, eBay, or any other retailer.

4. Once the hoodie is received at our facility, it will be added to our production schedule. We expect to finish sewing and customizing each hoodie within 2-3 weeks of its delivery to us.

5. Once your item is finished, you will receive a tracking link in the email provided at checkout. Items will be shipped via USPS priority and delivered in 2-4 days once dropped off.
